This week we are working on Lesson 20: Why is the Lord's Prayer the perfect prayer? It begins on page 177 in your book. The Lord's Prayer is a summary of the whole Gospel. It unites us with God the Father, his Son, and the Holy Spirit. When we say "Our Father" we remember that we are united with each other as well, through our Baptism in the Church. We pray in confidence that God is listening to us and helping us. Sometime this week, take a few minutes to pray the Lord's Prayer to yourself or with a family member. Think about how the words make you feel when you are praying. Why do YOU think it is the "perfect prayer"? We will share our thoughts at the next class.
Have a wonderful week and stay safe and healthy!!
